The legs have little weights in them so it stands perfectly on the table without tipping over. My nephew kept trying to make it "gallop" around the room before we finally anchored it to the cake table. Such a cute touch for a western party.

The brown color is so rich and realistic, and it stands up perfectly on its own without needing to be tied down. My little cowboy was thrilled to see it at his party, and it added just the right touch to our horse-themed decorations.
