Colourful Mini Party Hats x 8

The fringing on these little hats is so cheerful, and the pompoms stayed put even after my toddler grabbed at them. Made for some genuinely cute party photos without being too big for her head.

My cat looked so ridiculous and adorable in these tiny hats, the pompoms really make them special. The fringing is surprisingly sturdy for such a small party hat.

The fringing and pompoms are what sold me, and they did not disappoint in person—my toddler wore one for about ten minutes before trying to eat the pom-pom, and the photos are pure gold. These are tiny, so they fit her perfectly and honestly look adorable on a stuffed bear too.
